The pools were beautiful and not over crowded. The beach was disappointing with seaweed. The staff was awesome and very friendly and helpful. Brandol answered any questions I had at anytime I asked. He took great care of us to make sure we had what we needed. We did have a problem with our first room with moisture on floors and our clothes got damp too. We were given another room and it worked out. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again in a different season when there is NO seaweed!!
Food was average with great variety
