Lack of communication between manager and employee. guest service agent on the phone were helpless, reject everything when first ask, for example: ask if room is ready? Answer: no,at least one and half hour later. When I mentioned I saw a room was ready. He changed immediately said yes there’s a room ready….. the manger was promised sth, when I called on the phone, still got no no we don’t provide this. After I mentioned promise from manger, the answer changed to yes. ( no message put in the system??)
Also bedleg was loosing it was like a teeter board. Bathroom door cannot be closed properly….. awful experience ever

My stay was wonderful and rooms were very clean. My kid did like the complimentary breakfast and the suprise club lounge treats in afternoon and evening. We would definetly love to visit again.
