Everything was great

It is an amazing and stunningly beautiful resort!

Young man who checked us in was unbelievable, great at his job. Food trucks availability was unique and smart. Shuttle and knowledge of airport workings the best. Only downfall was the fire alarm went off for a small fire which was put out. The man at counter checked rooms and on us. He remembered I build, I told him the fire alarm panel was in silence and arrest mode. It will go off again it did. As we checked out the person who was trying to fix and reset panel showed-up 7 hours later and no one knew where the FCAP was. Its ironic how the man who checked us in at the front counter who I would pick as the manager over all, knew where it was but was already off shift change and the new person knew nothing and said that person was on lunch. The recap is the man who checked us in, knew the property, took control of the situation, guided hotel workers and firemen to solve a situation that could have emptied the property. It was a life safety event that could have cost Marriott a good amount of money. The property was great, the man who checked us in went above and beyond his title and made me think Marriott is a great place to stay.

Great value for the money. The condo was peaceful and comfortable, with a lovely ocean view. It was well-equipped with all the essentials, making our stay relaxing and convenient.
