Breakfast was delicious. So many options. The staff at the hotel were kind and friendly and made you feel welcomed. A special thank you to Marius and Jawwad for their help and kindness. The hotel was in a perfect location close to many tourist sites.

Staff are excellent, location is brilliant, view is spectacular (room with bridge view), bedroom is clean with a very comfy bed, and the double glazing is incredible!
On the down side, the bathroom is very dated and in need of renovation. I expected better for the price paid.

The accommodations were very nice. I stayed in “cozy” room 108. There was room cleaning everyday and fresh towels.
The staff was outstanding! Always going the extra mile to assist. The on site restaurant was good. The location was perfect: a short walk to the South Kensington tube station, many museums and if the weathers cooperates to Harrod’s as well. The only negative was the WiFi which kept dropping
I would definitely stay here again!
