Helpful friendly staff, in reception and bar area, which had good, great selection of drinks, (didn't eat there, but lunch and dinner served there) Limited parking nearby, we ended up parking in NCP car park 10 minutes away, as we were unable to move car at timings of road restrictions nearby "

"The Grand has definitely seen better days but overall I enjoyed staying there. My room was beautiful and the bed was very comfy. The beachfront is very noisy at night with some 'interesting' people wandering around but I guess that it is because it is a touristy area. Brighton is not somewhere I would visit again. "
