Quintana Roo Kid friendly Holidays

Cleans room and loved they changed out sheets and new towels everyday. I forgot my wallet with passport at the breakfast restaurant and the waiter was kind enough to run it to me. All the employees were very very friendly. And never felt unsafe leaving things. Staying here again.

Very comfortable stay, with staff very nice. Room was clean & had a great view to ocean.

The room was very clean food was good but seems that is the same food every day and gets tiring eating the same everyday. What I really didn’t like is that they pretty much force you to get a time share and I was told that the deposit that I gave for à lunch was refundable but they didn’t give it back to me. In Marco Polo Ricky was fantastic he is the best!

Room was nice, staff was excellent , but there was a cockroach in the room and it was disgusting.

Caribbean dinner was very good. Lots of snack options available throughout the day which was nice as well. The only annoyance were the multitude of raccoons throughout the property in the evenings and at night.

Yes, everything was great minus the long line at check-in. We've stayed at several all inclusives and at all of them someone comes right up to you, welcomes you warmly, hands you a drink than has you sit at a table with someone to check in. Here, mind you we'd been traveling all day. We got there and they had us stand in a line with our cranky toddler standing up for no less than 30 minutes. Outside of that the resort was great. Everything was so clean. Everyone was friendly. The food was good, not spectacular, but this is an all inclusive resort. We would absolutely go back.
