DO NOT GET THE OLDER ROOMS. Room was dirty had water and gum on side of bed/floor. Many people said the older rooms smell like mold. We complained and they upgraded us to luxury esmeralda for $200 extra. We had to wait like 3 hours for this whole change and we just wanted to go shower. It was annoying but once we were in Esmeralda we enjoyed th rest of the stay and staff there were wonderful.

Yes ,everyone was super welcoming and just so friendly.Our butler was Carlos and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of ,also staying with us on our departure to make sure it was a smooth carefree departure for us .This resort is definitely a 10,thanks again💙👍

WE had a room overlooking the pool across from the main resort and it was fantastic. Bed was firm and not worn, pillows great….not towering mountain, not lumpy and not flat. Food truck by the pool is a nice thought but the burgers came charred and a bit pink inside. OTherwise, Food was not a disappointment. WE went to the CHIC cabaret show and the show was great, I was only allowed 3/5 courses as I have an orange allergy, and there was no replacement option. So, I had to watch others eat. BEst part of our stay was EDWARD our BUTLER. HE came to see us daily, kept in constant touch via what’s app and made all of our dinner reservations. So, when we couldn’t get a reservation for dinner as it was full, magically he got us in. WE cannot say enough about Edward. WE have been to TRS twice, and Palladium several times and each stay gets better and better! MAny Thanks TRS
