All of the workers are nice. Antonio our concierge was awesome! I only put 3 stars for area around the hotel. There is nothing to do around the hotel without leaving the premises. All inclusive is useless. They only have 2 restaurants to choose from. This is definitely a laid back non party place! I would go back. The villa with kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms was the main reason I stayed there.

This is a great resort for families and couples. Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, excellent buffet with lots of variety, a nice beach that's well cared for. Overall a great place.

I recently spent my birthday here. The place itself was nice and the staff were friendly, but the food wasn’t that great — not terrible, but it could definitely use some improvements. The lights in the bathroom were so dim that it was hard to do my makeup. The beach area was also very limited and didn’t really feel like a true beach since it was right next to a dock, so the view wasn’t as spectacular as I expected. One thing that really bothered me was that the staff were promoting a concept I fell for, which turned out to be someone trying to sell a timeshare or membership to ‘save money.’ That was really annoying and took away from the experience

We really enjoyed our stay!!! Our room stayed a little warm but it was definitely so hot outside I can’t say it was anyone fault but Mother Nature! The pools are so fun, the activities at the pool are great as well! I learned to salsa, aqua aerobics, the kids played volleyball and so much more! Would 100% stay again!!!
