We did 6 night as moon palace cancun from April 19-25th. We were little nervous before going there. There are alot of reviews that confuse you.
At first we were worried that we been put into moon palace sunrise instead of the grand(expedia pictures shows mostly grand) and it might not be good. But after spending 4 nights at sunrise and 2 and grand
I realized that sunrise has more activity and shows for kids. Even sunrise pool are well maintained and good fun for kids.
Overall trip was great with no issues. Staff was really helpful and kids had great time.
I will want to thank Fabricio for making your stay comfortable and made sure all our needs are met. Highly recommend great resort with great service.

Staff is very helpful and attentive. If you want to eat at a venue other than the buffet plan ahead. We had a large group and that made it difficult to get into the ala carte restaurants. Food was excellent overall!

This hotel met all the expectations. Our family typically stay at the Riu but we decided to try something new. We were very impressed with their food, service, and ease when scheduling an event. We celebrated my aunts 50th bday and Viri was easy to work with. She had everything ready for us and they assigned 3 of the best waiters to help deliver a great experience. We were a group of 25 and when I say everyone was happy just shows what a great resort this was.
