Staff was great and attentive. Room was clean and big, though the ceiling fan was broken, a/c was cool, and beds were comfortable. Many pools in the facility. We liked that one side of the hotel is the “quiet side” and the other one (by the beach) is the party side. Drinks/alcohol drinks were also good. The food at the restaurants were good except the Asian one, food did not taste good. The other ones and the buffets, especially Mangu, food was really good and flavorful. Also enjoyed some of the activities they offered (as we didn’t get to do all of them because we didn’t have enough time). RIU Party is a MUST! We got to go to the Pink Party and had so much fun! The party was at a different location close to their other sisters properties but they had transportation to and from the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommended it.
