Caribbean Cheap Holidays

Could use some upgrades. Our toilet didn't work when we arrived. But they fixed it the same night. There was water leaking from somewhere behind the sink or toilet so the floor was always wet between the sink and toilet. The refrigerator was leaking water, but again it was fixed the same night.

Friendly staff, good food, overall good value for the money

Property was really nice entertainment team was off the charts. Amazing job!

Clean and good ac in room. Swim bar bartender was quite rude and was not a language barrier. I speak Spanish and English fluently. Maybe he was over whelm. He should know you work in customer services. Take a break gather your self and then come back. Also tons of seaweed. Wish expedia would have put it on the site. It was not swim able. We had to stay in the pool the whole time. Sucks bc you travel many hours only to not be able to enjoy the beach. The night shows were good and food.

I love how when I arrived at the hotel they couldn’t accommodate my room I reserved but they provided breakfast for me and my guest for our entire stay as well as accommodating the room the next day when it became available

Property is clean, quiet and very nice. The only thing is, there is no Pool. 😔

Treated with respect and very, very accommodating to our needs. The food at the bar and drinks were excellent also. Highly recommended for others.
