The beach shuttle is an on-demand golf cart, and very simple to use! The pool is beautiful too!

The room and pool access were great, but the elevator was frequently out of service. That was the only negative aspect of my stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to both the beach and several restaurants.

The view is astounding, the resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was gorgeous with great amenities like a mini fridge, quality hair dryer and a tub! We enjoyed the room service. Most of the food was excellent. The cocktails and beer prices are a little steep. Loved the pools and the beach! Overall, a great stay.

hotel pools were like 20 ft from ocean. nice to see ocean from pool/jacuzzi. clean rooms. carpet worn. balcony nice can sit out on. like the infrastructure to get to room to pools to parking lot-very close and easy. gym clean offers treadmills etc. did not go all inclusive. beach view great. next to pelican pier walk from hotel right out back take boat tour. staff brought extra towels up to room in 5 min after request. will b staying again. preferred to other hotel from last visit

The beach is amazing, normal rooms house keeping not the best but bar, cafe and casino staff super courteous.

Overall okay experience. Room cleanliness was okay; while not sparkling it also wasn’t *dirty* and the rest of the grounds were clean especially the pool area which we appreciated. Food was subpar but everyone at both restaurants was friendly and that counts for something.
