Only flaw was the tv in the room was showing pixelated resolution which made it hard to really watch when coming back to the room. And audio was acting up every now and then.

The entire trip was enjoyable, nice hotel, great food and excellent staff BUT the entire facility (including the rooms) are ABSOLUTELY FREEZING. And the food and drinks are VERY, VERY expensive!!

This is a separate compliment to the Expedia Staff Punta Cana air port . We had booked Hertz for a car through Delta . To say the least the attendant at Hertz tried to scam us into $200 dollars per day of extra charges. When we cancelled the car their crony referred us to his friend and the shady SOB who put us in a potentially dangerous situation in a dark corner of the airport. Your Expedia staff put an end to that and connected us with their courteous and prompt staff and driver. Next time Expedia all the way.
