Few minor things, Our Kleenex wasn’t restocked when the room was cleaned. The toilet pressure wasn’t very good and the sink didn’t drain well. We had a jacuzzi on our balcony that didn’t work, it wouldn’t hold water at all and kept draining. The staff were great, and the hotel overall was fun and it was a nice place to stay. The drinks were were typical for an all inclusive and the food was good in some a la cartes, and decent at the buffet.

The facilities are very well maintained and are clean.

Food was very good and the staff were amazing. We had a room with a fantastic view that had an outdoor tub which was amazing during the rain times. I would definitely recommend staying here

The food needs to be improved during the day time hours and the entertainment by the pool wasn’t that great for adults.

The hotel is way to new and not all amenities are fully active like spa, night club, restaurant, day shows.staff is extremely polite and professional made me and my wife feel like royalty.whish Expedia could’ve advise not too book here due to this matter.

Property needs a remodel. In the pool area for two days they ran out of modelo negra only has draft beer . Ate at the secret garden asked to recommend us the food and as we were going to leave he said we owed money .

The pool was ok and the swim up bar was nice. The staff was very nice, great service.
