Quintana Roo All inclusive Holidays

All of the workers are nice. Antonio our concierge was awesome! I only put 3 stars for area around the hotel. There is nothing to do around the hotel without leaving the premises. All inclusive is useless. They only have 2 restaurants to choose from. This is definitely a laid back non party place! I would go back. The villa with kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms was the main reason I stayed there.

I did not like at all that the first interaction with staff upon my arrival was a time share employee. Poor taste in my opinion and was a huge turn off for me. She continued to bother me every time she saw me to discuss time share options. I probably will not return.

I liked the whole vibe of the property. It wasn’t super full which to us was amazing because we got to enjoy so many restaurants and pools without it being over crowded. All the safe was very respectful and easily approachable. I want to give a review of our bartender Gustavo. He was an amazing person who really took the time to get to know us and give us some amazing drinks. He has a great personality and I look forward to seeing him especially in the future.

So relaxing, quiet, idyllic. We loved the experience. Quiet beach, everything is included so we would just go to the ice cream/coffee shop every couple of hours, like in a story book. We had incredibly high quality breakfast and dinner daily, classy live music at night, the whole resort wasn't too big and was enclosed, isolated from other resorts, and so quiet, and the landscaping was a main focus and was incredible...we loved the different plants and foliage, it was like being in a botanical garden. We loved to walk around and chat and just enjoy each others' company. We are 33 and 39 and most couples there were in their 40s-60s. Everyone seemed in love and enjoying each others' company. Many shimmering swimming pools as well. The AC wasn't working very well in the rooms, it was cold enough but the humidity wasn't being very well controlled. This wasn't a significant issue when compared to the rest of the ideal experience we had. We definitely want to return to this exact resort within the next year.
