We didn’t use the air conditioner but the room is old, light in the bathroom was out. The room stunk of old cigarette. The bed was too soft and they had plastic covering the mattress. Bed was comfortable. Excellent location for us (we walked everywhere we wanted to go, including all the Broadway theatres). Shared washroom which was sometimes an issue when people left wet towels lying around.
