"Very pleasant stay and nice staff; special mention for Yusuf who serviced my room for the 10 days. Only complaint is the pillows which were all lumpy and uncomfortable! Good family hotel with nice pool area for kids. Close to T1 tram. Would recommend if you don’t want to be based in the city. Nice views of Bosphorus and ships!"

"The Hotel was fine, except for cleaning, unfortunately the room was not cleaned well, window frames and tracks were so dirty, under the bed, tables and mirrors :( The bathroom door was broken, it did not close, also, the door top track was dirty.
