"Good sized room. Decent restaurant choice. The hotel is looking a little tired. Excellent staff. The biggest issue is the towels on sunbeds without people using them. We experienced unused sunbeds with “reserved towels” for 4 hours. The hotel doesn’t enforce its rules which can lead to guest confrontations."

"Breakfast was okay not many to choose from mostly station and Mexican breakfast. The specialty restaurants, such as the seafood dinner and Italian was great food. Very delicious."

"Pool area was nice. Rooms are a bit dated but we did get maid service daily if not twice daily. Beach was small with lots of sargassum. Prices for food and drink were ridiculously expensive. I have to think there are better options. I would not stay here again. "
