"Room is not clean, water flow in the shower to slow/small amount. Too much dust in the every corner and bed frames/tables. "

"The stay was good. The pool was nice but the guest who were not following the pool rules ruined it. Kids running on the pool deck - yes they did fall and hit their head - tipsy adults bringing glasses in the pool. Glasses dropped and shattered right by the hot tub......I just left and went back to my room. Kinda sad cause the pool is the reason I booked the hotel but it is what it is.... Staff was very friendly "

"Wish there was more seating and bigger towels for the pool. Wish there was a bathroom or change room in the area for the pool. Breakfast was cold. The eggs, sausage and potatoes were all cold even though the ‘warmers’ were on. So we had to toss them out and wait in a line for 20 mins for waffles. The juice cups are really small as well. "

"Hotel is nice but too many hockey families made for a noisy evening and requests for silence from staff. Rainforest cafe neglected to put out a sign for private event during normal business hours leading to a alternate lunch location, major issue considering they run the arcade next door which was well funded while patrons waited to be told they were closed for a private event."

"The TV was in our room was controlled by a motion sensor mounted high up on the wall & pointed at the bed. The TV turned off by itself while we were watching a program. We complained to the front desk. The clerk related it was on a motion sensor. The goal may be to conserve energy, but the effect is big brother is watching you. "
