"the location is at the downtown core. Airport limousine has a bus stop outside the hotel which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has so many varieties. really enjoy to stay in the hotel."

"Beautiful onsen with a lot of amenities. There is an indoor bath and an outdoor bath in which you can overlook the top of Shinjuku. Don't forget to grab a popsicle from the freezer after you are done soaking in the water! The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is a traditional Japanese style. Also important to note it is Tattoo friendly! My fiancé and I have a lot of tattoos and they are fully tattoo friendly."

"The staff at this hotel are attentive to detail and are very kind and helpful! They continuously checked in with us to make sure all our needs were being met. The room was the largest room we stayed in during our trip to Japan. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed in the room. The location is fantastic! The hotel is near a train station and it's in a quiet location. If we ever go back to Tokyo, I'd definitely book this hotel again!"
