We had a great stay and felt the apartment was exactly as described. The photos accurately reflected the room, and while it is compact as you would expect in central Tokyo—it was well designed and made good use of the space. We were 2 adults and had enough room for a comfortable stay. The location was also convenient for us. The closest station was only about a 6–7 minute walk away, and even the farthest station was only around a 12-minute walk. We used multiple nearby stations depending on where we were going, and getting around Tokyo was easy. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance, which made the neighborhood very practical. The host was responsive, friendly, and quick to answer any questions. Check-in was smooth, and everything we needed was provided. Overall, we felt the listing matched what was advertised, and we would happily stay here again.

Overall, our stay was okay, but it did not meet our expectations based on the listing. The biggest disappointment was that the apartment did not look like the photos. It felt much smaller than expected, and the space was quite cramped. We also expected it to be closer to public transportation, but the nearest subway station was about a 15-minute walk away. We also had an issue on the first night because there was no futon provided for the third guest, so I had to sleep on the floor. After we contacted the host, they brought a very thin layer and while we appreciated their effort to resolve the issue, it was not very comfortable. The host was responsive and did try to fix the problems, which we appreciated. However, the apartment itself did not match our expectations in terms of size and the listing photos. With a few improvements and a more accurate representation of the property, it could provide a much better experience for future guests.
