"If you’re after a hotel with all the mod coms, then The Windsor isn’t the hotel for you. Our premier twin room was very basic but clean. The suites, which I have stayed in before are big and opulent. The Windsor is a step back in time, what Melbourne was like in the 1800s. The building, architecture is remarkable, the decor heritage and you get good old fashioned service. Worth a visit."

"The hotel needs to update their website and via email, to explain where to park before checking in as it is impossible to know without being told in advance. The room was very spacious, clean, very quiet, with comfy beds. Only downside was the bathroom had some black in the grout. Buffet breakfast was delish and lots of variety. Very lovely staff. Pool, spa, steam room, gym is awesome. It's a shame they dont have the terrace bar operational, however you can still order drinks to enjoy up there."

"Second time visiting next and will be booking again. Great location, really accommodating, rooms are brilliant and clean, bed is comfortable with a large range of pillow choices, bathroom is clean and big and the coffee shop at the entrance has the best coffee in Melbourne. Great place to stay"
