"A small posada in a small town, off the beaten track. Very amiable, helpful hosts, and very comfortable room with a nice bed and bathroom plus two outside sitting areas, on with hammocks. They don't offer meals but fed me anyway thanks to a family graduation party. A short but delightful stay!"

"So incredibly stunning. Great place to slow down and enjoy nature. The lagoon is so special and serene. The hotel has kayaks and paddle boards readily available to use at no additional cost. Take a quick kayak out to the lagoon and feel so refreshed. Food was very good. I just wish they had an indoor restaurant at night."

"Older Hotel must have been beautiful when first built, but it is showing its age. The Staff were very welcoming, friendly and responsive to our requests. We did enjoy our stay. Very relaxing! Beautiful view of the lagoon from the rooftop and our balcony. "

"La categoría que reservé no existe en el inventario de la propiedad, según lo que me dijeron por teléfono. Cuando llegamos, solo estaba el guardia y nunca han tenido una villa familiar. No sé si fue culpa del hotel o de la plataforma, pero no pude quedarme. Tuve que buscar otro hotel y, según ellos, ya no trabajan con Expedia, así que no entiendo por qué siguen en la plataforma. Reporté la situación por chat virtual y todavía no tengo respuesta."

"Reservación de 4200 por noche, no te dan ni una botella de agua. Hay un refigerador compartido en una cocina sucia. Reservamos esa habitación por el balcón para ver el amanecer el cual no pudimos usar por qué Había un enjambre de avispas. la puerta del balcón secundario no cerraba así que mi bebé podía salir y caer de la planta alta, la llave de la regadera se cae, las puertas de los clósets se caen, había cucarachas en el baño, olía a drenaje y las ventanas que dan a la laguna no cerraban (...
