"The helpful staff, clean rooms, great customer service at front desk. I spilled a cup of coffee and knocked on the kitchen door to ask for the mop. She would not allow me to do it which I thought was very nice, she said no ma’am I’ve got. I told her I was raised to clean after myself she said she was too but proceeded to mop, with no problem it was awesome 💞"

"Amazing hotel room with kitchenette, plenty of drawers/storage space, nice gym, wonderful hot breakfast, friendly staff, and close to some decent dining (we chose to walk to Chili’s restaurant). "

"When we come to the Hamden Hotel and Suites we always get a room with a Balcony for the view. The Breakfast is good and always kept refreshed"
