"I was not going to write a review and just chalk the stay here as a lesson learned, but after the staff saying they were going to refund us $54.00 for our stay due to no wi-fi the day of our stay and then not doing it I have changed my mind. We were in Big Bear to spend time with my grandkids celebrating the 3rd anniversary of my daughter’s passing, so having no television in the evening was a little rough, we had planned on watching a movie with the kids, but there is no tv at all with no wi-fi. The other thing was the cleanliness of the room, I let them know on checkout and was going to leave it there, but there was hair left on tub and bathroom sink, that also was very dirty and not cleaned; top ramen noodle in kitchen sink and dirt on bed like someone stood on it. Then the beds are very uncomfortable, thin blanket on beds, only one extra blanket in room, requested another blanket for second bed and was given a gross comforter, it had all sorts of red stuff on it. So, I had already decided not to stay here again, before them not giving a partial refund which they offered it was never asked for. I should have paid attention to reviews from other people that had stayed here, but just figured we would try it. So I would just say think twice before staying here, unless you like to pay to stay in a previous persons dirt."

"The property is well kept. Everyone loved the hot tub and bikes. The cabin was exceptionally clean, eclectic, and quiet. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. "

"The price during off season for a whole nice apartment style room (rooms) overlooking the lake was insane!!! Bedroom kitchen bathroom and living room and a fire place and so cheap. The property also has a lot of amenities like movies, games, spas, and a pool. Its the best place ive stayed for the value ever."

"Room was clean, we had all we needed ( small fridge, coffee machine, coffee, cups). Parking right in front of the room. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Come here once a year for a getaway."
