"Front desk clerk was welcoming and friendly. Actually, all the staff that I came across were very helpful and courteous. I don't think I recall any other place where each staff member I met during my stay was courteous. Room was nice and clean. There was a mini-fridge and microwave. Perfect for families or leftovers. There is EV charging and free parking. We had 2 cars so we just had to list the model and color or license plate #s when checking in for security. There was plenty of parking and at least 3 disabled parking spots. I think there were 2 with universal charging spots and 2 spots for Tesla charging. One of the Tesla chargers was not working though. Got to the breakfast buffet a little close to the end, but there were warm scrambled eggs (plain and the other with some seasoning), salsa available, sausages, hot regular coffee including decaf, hot water for tea, at least 3 different juices, some pastries and breads, some fruit like bananas, and at least 3 types of cereal and a wafflemaker. There is a dining area, but you can also take the plates to your room to eat. Was told to clear off the plate and leave them on the table in the room and housekeeping will take care of it. Checked out over the phone. Would stay here again."

"Very ghetto. There was someone outside on “something” walking the property. When we told the attendant he said he was the neighborhood addict and to leave him alone and he will leave you alone. Bed sheets had stains and was uncomfortable. Left as soon as I had enough energy to drive home."

"Such a beautiful and relaxing location. Spent a bit extra to get a lake view and woke up to the sunrise; it was gorgeous bouncing off the lake and well worth it. Hotel was clean and the staff was really friendly. The hotel restaurant/bar was beautiful and had really good food. Highly suggest staying here, and I know I'll be back at some point."

"Absolute Gem in the Inland Empire! This property is easily my favorite place to stay in the area. The entire hotel is modern, beautifully maintained, and incredibly clean from the lobby to the rooms. The location is perfect—right off the freeway and directly across the street from the movie theater and tons of great dining options. The complimentary hot breakfast in the morning was fantastic and well-stocked, and the staff at the front desk were welcoming and fast at check-in. The beds are super comfortable, and it's surprisingly quiet at night. Will definitely be staying here again!"
