Awesome breakfast in the morning, coffee is really good. Lots to chose from. We loved the layout of the floors, it was fun exploring all the hallways to find the game room. The food in the restaurant was really good and a really big portion, you could easily share something. The love music in the restaurant was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Rooms are clean & cozy, and a lot of them have balconies which I love. Breakfast is very good with a good selection. We also enjoyed the Game Room (played ping pong, billiard, & air hockey). Good workout room. Also has a nice little trail behind the hotel to walk in. Only down side is that they are now charging for parking ($20/day) but the stay is still affordable & pleasant so it's still one of our favorite places to stay.

Our stay was very nice. Alway so peaceful up in big bear. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious. I would suggest people have to wear masks when getting food as some have no manners and were coughing. But overall a great trip for my husband and I.

This property is very nice and I'd recommend it if you are visiting the Big Bear Lake ares. The room was wonderful with a nice balcony/outdoor seating and a fireplace in the room. They also have a nice bar for a drink after the day and before retiring for the night and a wonderful breakfast "spread".
