"Wonderful vacation stay"

"My recent stay at this property was deeply disappointing and did not meet basic expectations for comfort or safety. The room was extremely worn, with visible signs of neglect that made the environment feel neither clean nor well‑maintained. As a woman traveling alone for business, I also felt uneasy due to the overall condition of the premises and the lack of a secure atmosphere. For the price point, the experience simply wasn’t worth it. There are other options in the area that offer significantly better upkeep and a stronger sense of safety. I would not recommend this hotel for solo travelers or anyone seeking a reliable, professional lodging experience. "

"It was quick and easy to get in my room, the front desk man was very helpful, I was not feeling well and he was great. Shuttle to the airport for free also was a awesome feature."

"Location is right beside a, main very busy road. Lots of traffic and a train going by every 30 to 60 mins. The main elevator by the office was not working, on site restaurant is closed for renovations. We ordered a room with king size bed and got a queen bed. I called a week before to see about, a shuttle to pick us up at the cruise terminal, and was told to make arrangements the day before. I messaged and was told they don't pick up from the cruise port, so had to make more expensive arrangements. At check in we were told a $15, per person fee for shuttle to the airport Noticed it said free on the website. Called back and clarified airport not cruise port so now free. WiFi password should be given out at check in. There was a $2 per day surcharge for "booking through a third party" even though I used the Days in Web site. Mirror on the wall is crooked, two of the drawers would not close. There was an ice bucket but no glasses to use, other then two coffee cups. They did manage to get us a early check in even though it was not the room we ordered. Called the switch board to book the shuttle to the airport the next morning. I asked three times could they accommodate the amount of luggage we had and was told yes Arrived downstairs no record of our reservation. Told by manager, it should still be ok even though there were 15 people waiting with luggage. Shuttle arrived, I push one of my bags over, told driver 6 bags he said no room. Accused by manager of lying. DO NOT RECOMM"

"Unsleepable room with so much street noise (loud sirens, train whistles, gate bells, people) that it sounded like we were outside and not in a room. Inside, the ice machine and elevator noise was excessive. The three people in our room got no sleep all night. This stay was not good."
