There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. "The corridors were a bit tired. People dragging their cases along damaged the wallpaper and it needs replacing. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the staff were really nice and helpful. Very handy location for getting to Southampton to join a cruise."
