We like to be able to dine with our dog & the shower for the dogs was brilliant the towels ; fleece provided in our room We have no dislikes this was our 4th visit we love the woodlands

We were blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff were, every single one of them , I would highly recommend here and will definitely return , food is amazing , so much choice and large portions , we absolutely loved it .

This is the second time that I've stayed here as I have family nearby. Have enjoyed both times. The staff are always friendly and professional, the breakfasts are always fab and this time (with regards to the pandemic) they adapted to the changes very well. I was more than comfortable with the way the hotel was managed in terms of cleanliness and safety etc. Would recommend.

The staff, Receptionists in particular could of of been more friendly or helpful. Most comfortable bed. Lovely clean room. Excellent breakfast (maybe a little early for some) Location is great as lots of unique shops and eateries within a few hundred yard. Only downside is constant traffic noise. Lovely boutique hotel run by a friendly engaging couple. Immaculate rooms and excellent breakfast great for short or long stay. Totally recommended five star

The Hotel was very clean , service provided by the staff was excellent. The food was also to a height standard. My general feeling was that the property was a bit tired and in need of a face lift.

The room was comfortable, a little dark, a view into the garden. The bathroom had a bath with shower but would benefit from the installation of a modern shower unit. TV and coffee/tea making facilities were available as was a complimentary bottle of still water. Evening meals are served in the bar areas, breakfast is served in the main restaurant. Booked and arrived the same day as a last minute visit. It is in the middle of no where, so do plan your travel first. We arrived, checked in quickly, and was given room 35. This was in their new wing and was very nice. Staff were all friendly in the hotel. The swimming pool is small and very shallow at one end. Great if you have kids, not so great if you want to swim a few lengths in the morning. Think of it as a relaxing pool than one to complete a work out. Next door is a pub. Food was...

Fantastic stay in Cottage Lodge hotel in the centre of Brockenhurst. Warm welcome by the owner on arrival, beautifully decorated rooms with comfortable beds and your own outside space. Great wifi The building is charming and spotlessly clean, all the staff is friendly, smiley and ready to answer your questions. Breakfast was delcious made with quality local products. We look forward to returning!

I would recommend this hotel. We used it as a stop over before a cruise. It is very handy for the cruise terminal. The breakfast was an added bonus as it was included in the price.

Great night in the New Forest. Friendly staff and fantastic food. Room on ground floor was really comfortable and super clean. It was a wet windy day in New forest so perfect excuse to sit in the comfy bar and enjoy the atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend.

Lovely spacious comfortable room, very clean and beautifully quiet. Tea and coffee supplies locally sourced where possible as were a lot of items on the menu. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the hotel and really enjoyed everything. Bar well stocked with an excellent range. Attentive lovely staff, who know how to be in stealth mode and not interrupt while you’re in full swing of conversation.
