"Arrived late, gave our room away even when we called earlier to confirm late arrival so received one double for 2 and a broken down rollaway. Running toilet took 4-5 x’s to flush.Took 2nd day to get fixed. Late loud party outside our window till midnight, asked front desk who couldn’t hear it to stop, after 2nd request, I called the police to take care of. Coffee bar in breakfast room had sugar ants on counter. Hard beds and rusted door hinges, doors splintered around bottom, mold and grime throughout room. No Kleenex furnished. Forfeited last night and moved to another hotel.Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Elevator was out of service. I arrived midnight to find out my reserved room at the 6th floor and had to climb 6 floor on the stairs. He apologized after midnight and he told me you can cancel and we won’t charge you. I walked out to find another hotel by 1:30am I had sent a message early evening to let them know I will be checking in by midnight. No answer and no information about broken elevators and room was on the 6th floor and climbing the stairs was the only way to a room "

"We love staying in this hotel before we fly. It’s right off of the interstate near the airport. Convenient to food; you can walk to Longhorn,Publix and target. Always clean and nice, upgraded rooms. Carmen took care of us at the desk. We will be back!"
