When we pulled in to park there were homeless people in the under ground parking trash all over the place. There was beard hair all over our bathroom and the heat was on full blast

Staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. The room had a beautiful view and was very comfortable. It is dated and could use a renovation but the location was excellent and offered many options for food, shopping, and enjoying the beauty of Vancouver.
