"When we checked in I was given a room on the bottom floor. I asked if this could be changed and without hesitation they looked for another room and gave me a room where I liked. "

"The bed was so comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The location was superb. From the map it looked like it was walkable to downtown Disney, but I didn't have to walk because they have a hotel shuttle that drops off and pick up at the bus entrance to Disneyland. Very efficient."

"Terrible, it was dirty found a maggot on the sofa bed. Manager was sweet about getting me another room. The floor was dirty and the shower for wheelchair guess, not the best all the water went everywhere. So it was more work for us.owner needs to invest more in repairs."
