"The Taj Hotel is an excellent place to stay. On this visit I had a terrible experience with the duty manager at check in. The Director of Operations resolved the issue with professionalism and made us experience the warm welcome that I know The Taj Group of Hotels offer their guest. It takes one staff (especially management) to change a guest mind from returning. We were upgraded to the palace and offered the club facilities. Our room was decorated with balloons, and tasty chocolate cake and fruits where left for us to enjoy. I have stayed here previously (in 2017, 2018 and 2022) and have fond memories of this hotel. On our first stay at the Taj Mahal Towers we where fortune enough to meet the duty manager reception and the manager who welcomed us and made us feel like royalties. We were upgraded to the palace with club facilities. On our next two visits we where automatically upgraded to the palace with club facilities. Thank you once again Mr Avinash Sehrawat for making our stay so special and keeping the vision of the Taj Group of Hotels alive. "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sea Palace Hotel in Colaba, Mumbai, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I stepped foot into this vintage hotel, I felt like I had traveled back in time to old Bombay. The hotel's location is simply superb, overlooking the Arabian Sea and just a stone's throw away from the iconic Taj Mahal Hotel. The check-in process was swift and hassle-free, contrary to some reviews I had read. The staff at Sea Palace Hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. I had the privilege of staying in a sea view room, and it exceeded all my expectations. The room was impeccably clean and fresh, and the space provided was quite generous. The bathrooms were also well-maintained and spotless. Although I had booked breakfast, I unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to enjoy it. However, the staff was incredibly accommodating and understanding of our situation. I stayed at the Sea Palace Hotel for a total of five days, and I can confidently say that I will choose this hotel again for my future visits to Mumbai. The price I paid for the excellent location and top-notch service was definitely worth it. The managers and staff at Sea Palace Hotel truly believe in the mantra that the customer is king. They made us feel welcome and treated us like family throughout our stay. Lastly, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the staff at Sea Palace. "
