"Rooms, foyer, bar, staff are what you would expect from a 5 star. So very happy there. Unfortunately they did not inform at time of booking the pool, sauna and gym was being refurbished. Only emailed after booking. They did have a back up gym and pool about 10min walk away. "

"Great service and everything, but very scary ambiance. Everything is painted black, making it dark and uneasy. The hallways are dark, as is the shower and room. The bathrooms are all mirrors, which makes going to the toilet very scary, as you can see all of yourself in the mirror."

Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t working the day we checked in so that was a huge disappointment and by the time it was fixed, it did not warm up enough for us to use it as we only stayed for two days. And the hot tub and pool are one of the main reasons we booked this hotel and its convenient location to Cuba Street. "

"Our stay here was great. We arrived super early and our room was ready which was an awesome start! It was clean and tidy and great to have a separate room and living area. We didn't really use the kitchen too much as only there for two nights - but it had all the amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. "
