"Rooms are very secure, being on the Loop, expect noise outside of hotel. Convenient parking, small sundries shop for snacks. Staff very attentive. "

"Hot tub had a strange film floating on top of the water and had chunks of hair in it. Linens were threadbare and cheap. Bathroom was very small. They charge $35.00 for early checkin even though the room was ready and we were 45 minutes early after traveling several hours. I’ve never been charged for early checkin at any hotel establishments. The location is convenient but I’d rather stay somewhere else further away just for a better experience. Breakfast was good and bed was comfortable. That’s all I can say positive. Won’t stay here again."

"Good place, very big room"

"The hotel is functioning as some sort of housing for what appeared to be unhoused people. That in and of itself is not the issue (although it would have been nice to know). The parking lot, lobby, hallways, and elevator were dirty. Cigarette butts littered the parking lot, and were even in the hallway. The uncarpeted floors in the hallway and elevators were sticky and un-mopped throughout our four night stay. There is an odor of marajuana"

"Place was nice. Had handicap room. No living room type chair, just computer chair. Hot tub was like a four-seater and only two mild jets. Main pool half size of most and a nly went from 3 feet to 4 feet. Very small. Breakfast was excellent. "
