"Clean and perfect location. Staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with a lot of options but staff were not as friendly as the front desk. Close to metro and bus stations only 10 min walking. Highly recommend staying there"

"It is easy to locate from the airport via flybuss, get off at Hasle and a 10 minute walk. Breakfast lovely and lounge. Accessible to transport. Staff are good, only thing is a safe would have been great to put passports etc in."

Bed was extremely comfortable. Check in was pretty simple and the staff member we met, who was cleaning at the time, was super friendly. "The apartment was quite clean but there were some issues - the bathroom sink didn’t drain when we arrived, the walls were very thin (we could hear other people walking nearby) and the windows were in poor condition (peeling paint, hard to open). Cleaning staff was very nice and helpful. Overall fine but definitely not a 10/10."
