The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small, but comfortable and clean. The breakfast provided was of a very high quality and of a large variety of items. The area around the hotel was noisy with a carnival across the street and bars with live music close by.

Convenient location. To increase service and clean
We stayed two nights in this more business- than tourism-oriented place. The size of rooms is in the standard size side but having problems to manage two pieces of luggage comfortably. The location is good for reaching public transportation and visit the most important areas of the city. Incredibly in this kind of hotel I was denied without explanation, by apparently a higher-level executive, the change of a supposedly large amount bill for smaller notes, to facilitate the usage of cash during mi day trip. Also, it was obvious that the cleaning of the room was only made to the minimum required areas with many aspects not touched according with standards.
