Hotel is in good location, everything was clean, bed was comfortable, heated floors for the bathroom and best of all is their amazing breakfast!

Not a 4.5 hotel by any standards Room was tiny and tired , no restaurant for dinner, breakfast was very nice , staff was excellent but wandering around a city looking for a place to dine is not a luxury hotel. Our vacation was supposed to be a 5 star experience and this was not. I give them a 3. Avoid and find a better place

Excellent staff. Fantastic breakfast buffet in a nice setting. Great central location to many activities. Noise from passing trams can be heard inside hotel rooms with windows closed. Popular bars on the street play loud music until late at night which can be heard inside hotel.

The staff was unusually friendly and helpful . We loved the convenience of the location, and the exceptional breakfast. We had lovely, cheerful service at our morning meals from Stegnelli (sorry,i may have misspelled the name!). She was so helpful and welcoming, and made delicious lattes for us.
