Front desk fellow that checked us in was super friendly. Room wasn’t the absolute cleanest (clump of hair left in the bathroom) but wasn’t a huge deal. Other front desk workers were less helpful than the first guy. Was most disappointed by the use of photoshop or a fisheye lens to make the bed seem MUCH larger in the booking photos than it was in real life- super shady thing to do!

Thus hitel was awesome. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was A . Huge and so many selections. They also had a place to store luggage which was convenient coming and going. We would stay there again.

A comfortable and affordable place to stay along the river and near my favorite brewery. A good large breakfast too! This is my first choice place to stay in Oslo.

We were put up at the Anker by VRBO because of an unexpected cancellation by our VRBO host. The Anker was such a wonderful substitute. The room was comfortable, though the shower system took some getting use to, but that was on us as tourists! The breakfast, which is included, was fabulous!!! We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated our accidental stay❤️❤️

A bit old and not renewed. Extremely small shower room! No caps or glasses in the room! No kettle. TV doesn’t work at all! They said during my check-in that could be some signal disruption as there is a building site in neighbouring area and the cranes are causing that! What is totally ridiculous!!! Crane has nothing to do with signal! Looks like they haven’t paid the licence fee and rather switched off the broadcast at the hotel! The area is fine, close to the centre. Breakfasts great too. Customer service is quite poor. Peeps are quite reluctant, especially there was a blond girl at the reception last Saturday morning. Didn’t see her name.

Excellent location with tram stop right outside. Lovely breakfast with great selection. Room was hot with no air con in the hotel but got fan from reception. Would definitely stay again

Perfect place for our stay! The hotel is in a great part of the city and is located right in front of public transportation. Super walkable area full of coffee shops, bars/restaurants, cute boutiques, and green spaces! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
