"Our room had not been clean. There was no toilet paper and there were dried pee drops on the toilet seat. They then moved us to another room. Then there were no sheets on the pull out couch bed but there was a soiled, stiff wash rag in it. We went downstairs again and they gave us sheets. So we had to make up our own bed. "

"The location was very strange being up against an industrial area. But the hotel was quiet and we felt safe during our stay. We would have like a better breakfast spread. There was no fresh fruit, the juices came out like water, and the hot water for tea was cold. "

"The sleeping accommodation was spacious, clean and inviting. Latil’s Landing was delicious and a delightful experience. The breakfast biscuits are to die for! The grounds were beautiful and the wildlife most entertaining!"
