"Room was clean but advertised as a hotel, is a motel. Outdoor hallways were stained and smelled bad. The breakfast team did not seem at all happy with their work. They closed down breakfast items early, we we asked for help they were frustrated with us. When other patrons asked for help she slammed equipment in frustration. The front desk staff member who was older at 3pm was rude during check in. Overall I did not enjoy my stay overall and will not be returning under any circumstance."

"Our third room was lovely. The new manager Juan was highly accommodating. The first rooms had malfunctioning issues, one being a toilet. To be fair the building is older. But the suite upgrade was appreciated. The bed was firmer and comfortable. They need to upgrade to comforters and not just older blankets. And the towels are stiff and hard. The last room shower and sinks did not drain well either. But the staff were excellent and very kind. Greg from security was fabulous and a good source of knowledge for the city. "

"We checked in and got to our room very late at 2 am. We brought all our items in and turned the ac on hoping it would cool down later and went to sleep only to find the ac would not completely cool the room. We set it at its lowest which was 66° F and it never got cool. The next day we got in around late after dinner and I told the attendant. She was apologetic and sincere and said that the manager would likely give us a discount. The next morning we received our discharge paperwork shoved under our door. So as we went to check out I told the new attendant about the ac & she didn’t acknowledge me and just said ok I’ll tell maintenance. She hardly looked at us and it seemed like we were bothering her. Then she asked y’all need to turn in a key? We said yes handed it to her and we asked if we needed to do anything else and she just said no you’re good. So we left. The breakfast was very crowded but seemingly clean. There was a lot of issues with only having one waffle maker & people weee upset having to wait on the one waffle maker. The staff person attending the breakfast area was nice and helpful and again overall keeping the breakfast area neat. The parking was sufficient. The room could have been cleaned better, there were hairs in the bathroom, a bright red stain on the carpet, the wallpaper was peeling and the shampoo dispenser was empty, the conditioner was nearly empty and only was used once and it was empty. The bar soaps for body were very small. Not the best hotel."

"If it wasn't for the location, right next to the convention center, we would not have stayed here. The room was ok, the air conditioning was pretty bad (it either ran constantly and the room was uncomfortably freezing or we had to have it turned off) and there was a cockroach in our room day 1. We were unable to move, as there were no other rooms available, and our compensation was 4 bottles of water and a bottle of milk. The shuttle times were not helpful, 8am - 4pm, which meant we weren't able to use it ever. And there was never breakfast - always said closed."
