"I enjoyed my stay at this location. The room and hotel areas were clean and well kept. The staff spoke English which was helpful, they were very accommodating and kind. The building is secure with a guard, you can only access the elevators with your room key. The location is perfect, right in the hub of Kobuchiko and the Cine City Square, close to multiple train stations. Rooms are typical for Japan, small but adequate. I recommend this hotel for your stay!"

"This is best alternative hotel when arriving or departing from haneda. We arrived and got bags and walked a short distance down the hall all indoors. Checking in was by kiosk or my front desk. We had help with the kiosk. Plenty of restaurant option on one floor down off escalator. Some very delicious fish options. Also, there is an onsen on 12 floor which was very good. Costs extra 2500 yen but with it, 4 bathing areas and steam and sauna. Plenty of locker space and free towels large and small with your fee. Recommend "

"The buffet breakfast was very good, but usually a long line to get in. Aside from that, the hotel restaurants were overpriced and/or indifferent quality. There were very few other cheap or good restaurants within an easy walk/ Aside from that the stay was good. even had room to open our luggage in our room and sprawl out on the writing desk--s rarity in Tokyo.
