Overall, it was an excellent stay. The patron was very helpful but it would have been nice if he spoke just a tiny bit of anglais. We muddled through with my tiny bit of schoolboy french and many gestures. The kitchen/dining area was well equipped, it was a case of working everything out for myself. The communal lounge was pleasant enough but little used as the fire had a mind of it's own, it was only on once briefly during my 5 night stay, and the wi-fi didn't work in that area which was a...

Absolutely wonderful hotel. The best hotel I've been to in France! They literally thought of every little detail, from chocolates and small towelling robes for the kids and special toiletries for them; to solar eclipse glasses on solar eclipse day. Amazing! Lots of bottles of water provided, everything superb quality and very pleasant and helpful staff. Immaculately clean and a high level of luxury. And real functioning air conditioning, which is rare in France! 😀😀😀

Super endroit, propre, les proprios tresagreables , chouette restaurant à 5 minutes à pieds et du coup le centre de Saverne également !

Lovely place to stay, close to centre

Modern interior in a traditional setting. Friendly staff and right in the middle of town. Had a great breakfast, would recommend!

Wow what an amazing place, with beautiful views over the vineyard The room was stunning with a very large roof terrace - we had the honeymoon suite which was beautiful. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to unforeseen circumstances, however they were so helpful in finding us somewhere to eat, which was an amazing French Bistro a short uber ride away, which they arranged for us The wine selection is fantastic with the staff taking time to discuss what we liked and didn’t like. This is an...

Really super stay, so comfortable and warm. Large room with a fridge, coffee maker and kettle- such a bonus. Lovely view of the pretty street. Can drive along to drop luggage and free street parking around the town. Very historic atmosphere. Super breakfast with loads baked goods. Would happily stay again.

It was really great to walk into the hotel with air conditioning during France's "heat wave". Our room was nice and cool and good size too. It looked like redecorated fairly recently. The double bed was generous size and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and good size too. The reception staff was friendly and very helpful. We didn't have supper here but had breakfast, which was quite good. The hotel was right next to the casino and also very close to the thermal spa place. Restaurants and...

Very chic hotel with beautiful pool both inside and out. Restaurant food was exceptional. Staff very friendly. Nothing negative to say.

Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff. Wonderful view from the balcony in our room.
