"We absolutely loved this hotel, and we loved Colmar. The check-in process was very smooth, the manager left us a key to get in and the code did you get in the front door. The room itself was quite large with a small sitting room and television, and a separate bedroom with a king size bed. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were great. The sitting room was nice because it had a sofa where we could sit and watch a little television before bed. There was a shared kitchen with quite new appliances, and it was well stocked if you wanted to make your own meals. the bathroom was clean, and there was a large shower with plenty of pressure and hot water. The bathrooms appeared to be quite newly renovated. The owner of the property was very nice, she sent a welcome note with restaurant recommendations as well as taxi service recommendations and she was there if you needed anything at all. Colmar itself is an amazing small city and we enjoyed it thoroughly. It was great food and lots to do. We were there for the Christmas markets and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay there. Axelle was a joy to deal with as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."
