"Room was very clean but short on linens. Two bath towels and one hand towel was all we had for the 2 of us. The daytime bartender was so very pleasant and helped us Canadians by providing guidance around the area. "

"This hotel was the complete opposite experience from Yotel hotel—absolutely excellent. The property was clean, modern, and well maintained. The room was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and comfortable. The staff members were extremely kind, professional, and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and friendly. The only small downside is that the pool is a bit on the smaller side, but that did not take away from the experience at all. I would definitely recommend Novotel Miami Brickell and would happily stay here again. "
