"In general it met my expectations, but there were a few aspects that I found disappointing. I booked as reserve now pay at property, to find out later that there is no front desk to check in at, and had to work out payment through an online portal before our stay. The room itself was cute and laid out well, but it wasn’t as clean as I feel it should’ve been. I found little dead bugs on the pillows, as if the room hadn’t been check on in a while.
