"The hotel was in a great location which made it easy to get around. The staff was helpful and very kind. Our room was a journey away and the room was a bit musty. It was clean, not sure they can get rid of that smell though. The bed needed updating. The breakfast had really good choices and was enjoyable. We would stay there again."

"Fabulous hotel, great value for such a luxury experience. Being only 15 mins away by boat from central Venice makes it the right choice. After hot days strolling the city, to arrive back at the hotel and take a cool swim in the excellent pool made all the difference. Great roof top restaurant with incredible views of the city and lagoon, superb breakfast on a lovely cool terrace, very nice outside bar serving perfect cocktails, lovely room that needed nothing. Professional concierge and nothing too much trouble. Would definitely return."

"Breakfast is great! If you get there early, you can get a table with a canal view. It's a buffet and included in your stay Room is ok. The hotel is 500 years old, so keep that in mind. Room is quiet tho, and everything worked. Location is great! really a 3 min walk to rialto bridge in one direction and 3 min walk to st mark's square in the other direction. plenty of restaurants and shops around the hotel. Service was wonderful. all the staff were friendly and knowledgable and spoke english. Transfer service is a must. inquire about transportation to and from airport. makes your life soo much better."

"This place was fantastic to the point that within about 1 hour of arriving we booked an extra night. We had to move to a smaller unit for our last night but we loved it so much we didn't care. Our first few nights we in Hu Stay XL Plus and it was awesome. So much room, AC in the bedrooms, full washroom on both sides, deck to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Our last night we stayed in the Hu Stay Smart S which is a single room with a King and single bed, washroom, and bar fridge. The office was super nice and froze our ice packs for travel the next day. Laundry facilities that are easy to use (instructions in several languages). Good restaurant and buffet breakfast. The shuttle to Venice was 2.50E each way and was very convenient. All in all, this is a fantastic place to stay for all ages. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Venice."
