Beautiful hotel & it's in a great location for Rialto Bridge & St Mark's Square so we would highly recommend. There is a free shuttle bus/water taxi from hotel pier that takes you to Murano where you are shown how they make the Murano glass. You are then shown round a very beautiful but expensive showroom. They then show you to the gift shop if you don't make a purchase but there is no obligation to purchase anything. Only down side to hotel was that you had to pay to go in the spa (€25...

Having just spent five days in Venice - this hotel is situated on the heart of the Grand Canal. The staff were fantastic, the location was superb and the hotel was excellent

Super friendly staff, with great knowledge of local area and Venice as a whole

The hotel arranged a private water taxi for us from the airport, which was a perfect way to arrive. On arriving at Ca Maria Adele our hotel room was lovely with a dressing area and spacious bathroom, the hotel staff recommended and made reservations for our evening meals twice and the restaurant was wonderful. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast and would cannot fault this beautiful hotel and it's amazing staff.

Hotel, organised transfers to and from airport, incredibly efficient both instances, Check in very fast, reception took us to our great room. We asked for assistance with reservations and site seeing and the staff were always willing to assist Excellent service in bar and cafe, An expensive hotel, but you get what they advertise withiut exception, Absolutely brilliant. Pity more hotels were not like this

Very good property on the banks of one of the canals. Easy to get to from the airport (via water taxi). Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable. Inclusive breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Great location to walk around Venice and get to the train station to leave.

Beautiful Hotel, lovely staff, great food - especially breakfast which is second to none. Good Wi-Fi. Location is perfect for sightseeing, lovely walks and water buses to hand. Easy to reach from the airport, and railway stations. One of the pleasures is to sit outside with breakfast, dinner, coffee or a drink and watch the people pass by.

Fantastic Propery, location great and the staff are amazing!

Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted, shown a delightful room and coffee was brought up, even though there was coffee making facilities in the room. On the way to our room we were also acknowledged and greeted by a member of staff who as dealing with the laundry. This level of courtesy never diminished throughout our stay. Advice and directions were given freely by very well trained and polite staff

Wonderful hotel within easy walking distance of all of the sights in the City - this was our third visit over ten years. It gets better every time!

Amazing interior and a beautiful building an Amazing time . Would definitely recommend to my friends . We caught the ferry across from Croatia which took 4 hours but well worth the trip . Stayed in Venice for 2 nights it was fantastic .

Everything about the Centurion Palace is excellent. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are fantastic - helpful; friendly and courteous and the whole experience is luxurious. We enjoyed our stay so much last year we returned again for 10 days this year and it was even better. A wonderful experience!

The staff are relaxed and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts are great with fantastic views. There are seating areas to relax if you want to chill out. I have stayed in venice many times and this is my second stay at M & G. It's definitely my favourite hotel.

From the moment we arrived at The Gritti Palace we were treated like royalty. From the second you arrive at the canal entrance of the hotel you know it's going to be special. It's the most beautiful and imposing, gothic building with a private terrace perched on the canal which belongs on the Cote d'azure. Perfect for lunch and dinner, or just an afternoon drink. The staff are all incredibly helpful and knowledgable and nothing is too much trouble. Unlike hotels like the Danieli, the Gritti...

Amazing location, our room was upgraded without asking, no problem with extending our checkout time, friendly and most helpful staff. Breakfast could be taken on a terrace garden overlooking the grand canal, what more could you ask for.

We stayed for 5 days. I had concerns about being so close to big people magnets, namely the vaporetto stop (zaccaria) and St Marks square. My fears were swept away as The Hotel Metropole was an island of tranquility and calm. Occasional toots from the boats on the canal was about all we heard. No room in Venice will be massive but we were very comfortable and found the hotel to be amongst the best we have experienced. The multilingual staff were obviously very happy working there and it...

We have stayed in many nice hotels in Venice but Charming House is certainly our favourite - all the comfort of the larger hotels, but much more personal and indeed 'charming'! For our 4 nights, we were given an upgrade to a 'charming' room in the DD694 annex (about a minute's walk from the main hotel). Our room (and all of the public areas of the hotel) was beautifully decorated and equipped. We had a wonderfully comfortable bed, a coffee machine that actually made decent coffee, wi-fi that was...

We had a great stay here. My husband , 8 year old daughter and I spent three nights in February. Murano is beautiful and peaceful - plenty of restaurants and it is engaging, with its beautiful glass craft. We were transferred free of charge from the airport to the hotel by boat. The Hyatt also provided a free shuttle boat to Venice . We spent an afternoon walking Venice which was stunning - though very busy. We were after a relaxing break, so we’re happy to return to Murano and to spend most of...
