A really cool, clean and safe stay- in the thick of Venice beach- bikes were great to have a ride down to Santa Monica and staff were so lovely! I was in my own and would definitely stay here again!

It’s a really nice hotel, it’s actually in a very safe part of Rose, but I wouldn’t call anywhere in Venice walkable (personally), the team were super helpful, the parking is fantastic, rooms were quiet, I will definitely base myself here again in future. Personally I think the suite is well worth the upgrade

Staff & location was brilliant. Not alot of eating options around if you don’t have a car.

Great location on the Venice Beach Boardwalk. Nothing but a path to cross before the beach and the ocean. The views from the top floor ocean front suite and the rooftop terrace are amazing. Made to feel very welcome at check-in by a lady ( I think it was Abbi ) who enthused about Venice Beach. Everything was clean. The only thing is that soft furnishings etc were a little worn. Fantastic room with big bay window directly on to Venice beach - you could sit in the room and watch the action all day should you prefer! Noisy until 10pm only after which it was nice an quiet. Secure parking a couple of blocks away. Possibly to park in front of hotel long enough to unload and load the car.

Fantastic location for Universal with direct trolley service to the park and only a 15 minute uber ride to Hollywood Blvd and Griffith park. Plenty of food options available and a good shopping amenities for any last minute trip requirements. Guidance on the area from hotel staff was perfect and gave us greater context of what was available. Room was very comfortable and quiet an served us well for our stay. I would certainly use this hoel again.

Staff and room were lovely, everywhere felt so safe and welcoming. Everywhere in the hotel was always cleaned immacuatly and cannot wait to return.

Great clean hotel

This hotel and staff are amazing It was super clean and had complementary tea and coffee. The staff are so nice and helpful my son celebrated his 30th birthday and they helped with everything. and just made you feel so welcome. Definitely will stay here again when visiting relatives in LA
