"It is very convenient to the train station. The hotel itself is nicely appointed. Our room was spacious, comfortable and perfectly attended to by the staff. When we stepped out onto the balcony we were greeted with a with a beautiful view of the Grand Canal and all its wonder. There was also a lovely patio by the canal that we sat out on each night to watch the various boats and Gondal's go by. It was peaceful and relaxing, everything you could imagine in a Venice vacation. For breakfast they have an excellent assortment of pastries, fruits, cheeses, breads, cereals, along with eggs, meats, pancakes and more. The staff was efficient and friendly. The shower cubicle was a little small but was overshadowed by everything else. Definitely a place of wonderful memories! "

"The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They answered all questions we had and provided us with taxi service due to an early checkout. They made amazing recommendations and they all truely were the nicest people ever. This hotel was recommended from our friends, as they loved it too. I am so glad we stayed here. The hotel was close to St Marks square, a 4 minute walk. Beautiful room and very spacious. Air conditioning was amazing on a hot day. "

"Beautiful property, with fabulous chandelier in the lobby. Room comfy but air conditioning not as effective as we would have liked, very hot though! Difficult to get shower temp right and not very powerful. Beds and pillows comfy, towels changed daily, complimentary drinks/water in lobby. "
