We love the location as close to restaurants, shopping and Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica Square. The place has an elevator (small but this is common in Europe). Our room was the right size, even the bathroom (just stand alone shower), bed like a queen size. The bed is firm but comfortable, good wifi, clean room, there is an A/C but not strong enough as we stayed here summer and hot. The proprietor was very responsive to all our inquiries, we had good communication.

Lovely small guest house in a nice, safe area, with plenty of food places on doorstop, very close to Vatican city and easy to get to other landmark attractions.
The room was clean, included mini fridge, modern bathroom and service and help from the owner was personal and friendly...she was always on hand to give lots of advice and recommendations.
Would highly recommend staying here.

Luca emailed us options for arrival- we chose to be picked up at the airport meaning we arrived at the B&B 45 minutes after landing! The hotel is very well appointed. You can easily walk to all the main attractions in Rome. Getting there is super easy too. Book return tickets on the Sit Shuttle Bus. Costs around £22 for 2 people. Book tickets for the Vatican stop. It drops you off literally 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Return trip goes from across the road where you have breakfast in the cafe. So easy. Camilla is lovely. Very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. She’ll go out of her way to help. We highly recommend this...
